  Absolutely disgraceful staff. The manners of the employees/owners is downright repulsive. They won't answer your questions directly if it will reflect less than favourably on their products. For example: This store will not tell you (or even give an estimate) to the battery life (at full charge but not connected to power) of the batteries that they sell. It's easy to estimate this question, despite the brand of laptop you have. But they will say otherwise, to avoid expressing the average quality of their products. Don't get me wrong - they have OK products for an OK price, but that's the only positive about this place. Their customer service skills are completely despicable and (after looking around at their reviews on eBay and Google results) it seems to be the general consensus. Spend the extra $5 and go somewhere where you're not patronised and verbally attacked.
