I decided to travel out 30m to get my tyres from Traction Tyre when I didn't need to, however when dealing with them by phone, their customer service and advice is spot on and they're willing to listen and give you quality advice. I dealt with Marcus, Natalie and a gentleman (I am sorry I forgot his name) who had a sling on. All brilliant to deal with and it felt great walking in/out of there. Very welcoming and accommodating.

I had tyres ordered through an online vendor with the option of getting them fitted at Tyres&More, and while the team at Tyres & More did not had anything to do with the actual sale of the tyres, they went out of their way to help out when the tyres did not get delivered in time. Next time I need tyres I go straight to them instead of booking it to one of the online tyre merchants, the professional customer service and care has been great.
