  Shocking service.
  Our car was sent here by AAMI after not even having a choice. (We would have taken it to Sheen as we have used them before and they are so professional and have a loan car)
  
  They have no communication skills, my husband had to call time and time again to find out what was going on with our car.
  They state they are a family orientated business.. we are a young family and need our second car. I've been putting our 4 month old in and out of the car over the last 3.5 weeks to take my husband to and from work. It's not only inconvenient but a huge waste of petrol.
  The attitude my husband was given on the phone each time he called to ask what was happening was really unprofessional.
  He was then told today as he picked the car up that if this happens again they have to order parts from overseas. Whether that's correct or not, you might want to let your customers know that beforehand so they have some more understanding of why it's taking so long and not promise the car the next day, day after day.
  We will never go to you again, we can't believe AAMI actually use you.
  Also our car was broken into this is why it was sent to you, my husband picked the car up with glass still in the car. He was cut in his hand. Really unprofessional. We now need to have it professionally cleaned as it's not safe to drive.
