  Great service, good pricing compared to dealerships. They always have my car ready when they say. Pleasant & efficient staff. Rolf is brilliant, both my cars are always in top notch condition. I highly recommend them for servicing of any Mercedes-Benz vehicle.

  Jodi Matthews: You may be overlooking the fact that if you don't get your Mercedes serviced at an authorised dealer you will not be able to sell it as a genuine used Mercedes to a dealer at a good price and they won't be able to sell it except at a discounted price. The small amount of money that you save on servicing may be lost several times over when you come to sell your car. I find F W Graunke to be fantastic and substantially better than the slightly lower cost non Mercedes services.

  After my Service I now have an engine light on. As I was far away at the time the workshop that I went to said that my thermostat was defective... 1 day after my service. They said it could cause my little b class to overheat so I told them to replace it. Coincidence, I'll let you be the judge. A unpleasant experience.

  What an absolute disappointment. I was enamoured by the positive reviews on this company so I decided to make the switch from my previous provider 3 Point Motors under the promise of better Service and lower costs. Well I am sorry to say that I received an Invoice very much in line with the ridiculous dealership pricing and unnecessary up-sells. I have since switched to an Independent specialist and have never looked back. To all those considering I have saved a considerable amount on servicing and repairs by avoiding the dealership network and would urge you to do the same.

  Excellent Service for your Mercedes Benz, A service centre you can really trust to do the right thing all of the time.
  It's easy to tell why this Company has operated for so long in this area , as the owner leads by example. Highly recommend.
