  Got evaporative cooling installed 1st week of October 2021. Responded quickly to my quote request and came to visit 2 days later. Spent an hour on site doing the calculations and answering all my questions. Also quoted the best price. After receiving other quotes which clouded my mind, they were able to answer all my questions. Even the general manager responded. Decided to go ahead and 2 days later fully installed. Even before others got back to me with their one size fits all quote. Decided to wait until we had some hot days in Melbourne before posting this but it works so good as promised. Found all aspects of Premium air to be excellent and would highly recommend to family and friends. Thanks, Brian

  Just had a split system installed in the study and it’s amazing. David- the sales rep was so knowledgeable and so patient. Installers where awesome: clean and polite!

  David Hallahan and his team at Premium Air were a pleasure to deal with. Their professional approach to our heating installation gave us great piece of mind and we couldn’t be happier with their work. Their installers Brendan and Wes did a fantastic job and were very friendly and experienced. David made sure the job was done to our satisfaction and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic result. Our home is now winter ready and if you are looking to install a new ducted heating system I would highly recommend the team at Premium Air. They deliver what they promise!

  Terry quoted on the removal and installation of a new Brevis ducted heating system. Premium Air's quote was very competitive after obtaining 2 other quotes hence they were given the contract. I was informed that the installers would arrive around 0730 and Brendon and Wes arrived on time. The removal and installation was completed on the day as promised. Their professionalism was to be commended upon. Peter on reviewing the ducting layout suggested some alterations with the installation of an additional duct which was done at no extra charge. The installers cleaned up after themselves on completion and I have no hesitation in recommending this company in the future.
